When will my order arrive?
The Slope Tugger is scheduled for delivery in November 2026. We'll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What could affect my delivery date?
Like any manufactured product, timelines can be influenced by production schedules, quality checks, or global logistics. If anything changes, we'll contact you by email as early as possible with an updated estimate. We're committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.
Payment & Order Confirmation
When is my card charged?
Your payment is taken in full at the time you place your pre-order — not at the time of dispatch. This secures your place in the production run.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You'll receive an automated confirmation email immediately after checkout. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll resend it.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel my pre-order?
You can cancel your pre-order at any time before your order ships. Simply get in touch with your order number and we'll process your cancellation promptly.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank but typically take 5–10 business days. For full details, please see our Returns Policy.
Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the UK and internationally. Shipping costs and available options will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
When will my order be shipped?
All pre-orders ship together once production is complete, targeting November 2026. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way.
I'm ordering from outside the UK — are there import duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes when they arrive in your country. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering. We're unable to predict or cover these costs on your behalf.
